Step 1:- Apply base color on the nails and keep in mind use same color as you have flocking powered.
Step 2:- Spread the flocking powder on all the nail.
Step 3:- Make a smooth surface by pressing powder softly.
Step 4:- Do not apply double code because it will destruct your powder shape. remove extra powder with a brush gently
